President’s Remarks (Cathy Hampton) This meeting included a vote on approval of the revised bylaws which was a product of chapter initiatives and to better conform with National model for chapters. The bylaws were distributed to all members prior to the meeting as prescribed by the current bylaws. Cathy explained and conducted a vote.  The bylaws were approved by unanimous vote.
