President’s Remarks (Robert Beahm) This meeting included a vote on approval of the amended bylaws which added a section for Chapter Life Membership  The amendment to the bylaws was distributed to all members prior to the meeting as prescribed by the current bylaws. Robert explained and conducted a vote.  The bylaw amendment  was approved by unanimous vote.
