Susquehanna Chapter, here is an update from Harford County Public Schools on the establishment of a JROTC unit at Joppatowne High School…

“As of 21 February 2023 we have 76 student applicants for the program from 50 offers we emailed on 11 February.  The remaining 26 we assigned a random waitlist number for positions based on the number of applicants that select another program or simply decline.  Hopefully, all seats will be assigned by March 1. The officer instructor position is still open.  The NCO position is filled.  We will keep the position posted until it is filled.”
